Old-fashioned crinkle wire, just like the tinsel used on antique European holiday ornaments. Use it as is or stretch it out and use it in its crinkly form. Wrap it around your project, bunch it up it up, just play with it. You might even want to use it as a curly tinsel garland for a feather tree!
SilverCrow offers our olive Krausbouillion in generous 1/2-ounce packages. Although silver Krausbouillion is the traditional color used in most older European ornaments, we think that you'll be able to fashion some wonderful newer ornaments with this fun olivine crinkle wire, too!
The original Krausbouillion is made in Germany and Austria. Ours is made by a modernized process that plates copper wire, so it is less expensive. It's quite beautiful and lends old world elegance to any project.

Now you'll wish you were the Easter Bunny, just so you can carry one of these darling little baskets on your back. In fact, these little wooden woven baskets were made to be carried by bunny statues and candy containers in the 1930s.
The basket measures between 1-3/4 and 1-5/8 inches high and is tapered, with the larger end (about 1 inch in diameter) open on top - ready for you to fill with chenille goodies, or even the real thing - candy! Each basket has a lovely silken ribbon woven through the upper staves to hold the little basket on its bunny!
The come in several pastel colors, but we cannot promise which color you will receive. But, we will try to honor your request for the color you specify.

Old Fashioned Chenille Bunny on Matching Easter Bucket
Our sweet bunnies are either yellow or pink and sit in a sprightly manner atop their matching Easter buckets. The bunnies are made in the tradition of old German Easter favors - of chenille and pressed paper. The little buckets are pressed paper with découpaged Easter scenes on the front. Each little bucket measures about 6 by 4 inches.

We're not quite sure what trick the chicks and bunnies are doing, but it appears that an elegant little chick girl is a trick bunny rider! The duo is directed by a chick trainer and watched by a little chick holding a glittery egg! The sentiment reads:

Vintage Honeycomb Paper Bunnies
These sweet little golden-eared bunnies were made in Japan and are labeled on the bottom with wax tissue. Their little eyes are made of brightly colored paper and hands, feet and nose are chenille. The vintage patina adds to their charm. Some have hanging strings and some do not. Each measures 4-1/2 inches high from bottom to ear tips and about 1-1/8 inches wide.

Cascarones - Traditional Confetti Eggs
These bright and cheerful confetti eggs are the real thing! They are washed (the egg removed) and dyed - and then filled with confetti. The opening is then covered with tissue paper! Tradition has it that they should be broken on the heads of friends and family, but we don't recommend this.
These are traditionally used in Mexican celebrations. Be sure not to eat these as they are meant only for fun.
Ours are packaged in dozen egg boxes, however, as they are delicate, we cannot guarantee that they will all be perfect upon arrival. We pack them safely, so we expect that most, if not all, will survive the trip.
These cascarones are REAL EGGS that have been washed, dyed and filled with confetti. Please be careful when using them. Cascarones are NOT EDIBLE. Wash hands after use. Not for children under 10.

This bunny is ready for the circus, if any rabbit ever was. With his clown hat perched on his left ear and his bunny wand ready, he might even lead a circus parade. He stands tall at 11 inches high and, he is made of resin, but resembles old-time papier mâché.

Small Lined Papier Mâché Egg Box
Wouldn't anyone just love to receive a gift in this delightfully old-fashioned ornamental egg box. The hand-made papier mâché egg box is lined in delicately illustrated paper. The edges are lined with paper tape to finish the inside nicely, but also to ensure that the two sides of the container fit snugly together.
These are simple to decorate with paint and glitter or foil. We especially like to use candy-maker's foil because it is so fine that it covers the box easily with just about any glue (Coccoina works best)! The box measures about 3 inches at it's longest point.
Although originally designed for Christmas, you can certainly decorate it for any season, using Victorian Scraps and Dresdens, mica glitter or paint!

From new old stock, we have a stapled booklet of 36 cute Easter seals. There are six different die cut designs per page. These are gummed seals - they won't stick unless water activated. They were originally intended to be licked, but because these are vintage and have been stored, we think it best to use a damp sponge or envelope moistener.
These seals are from Eureka, a classic holiday decoration company. We expect that these hail from the 1960s.

We were charmed by the fonts and the fine printing of this uniquely greenish egg label. It is an official grading sticker (without adhesive) from vintage days. We thought this delightful for a special Easter or springtime collage.
