We have long been enchanted by scraps and die cuts. We have just a few of these little blue bow sets. Scraps like these are from the earlier 20th century and are quite hard to find. We just love them as a bow on one of our vintage bunny scraps, such as Pete's Bunny, or on a little girl.
Each bow measures a slight 1/2 inch high and only 1 inch from ribbon tip to ribbon tip!

We have long been enchanted by scraps and die cuts. These two fine vintage lasses are wearin' the green - with a shamrock for a hat and another for a collar! These little scraps date to the 1920s. They were printed and embossed in Germany by the Littauer & Boysen Company (L&B). The images and die-cutting are superb! And, we just lover his whimsical expression.
Each bunny is 2-1/2 inches high (including his ears) and 1-1/2 inch wide.

This scary old hag is ready for the famous October celebration of Halloween! She has her black cat and cane and her scary green and red slippers, to boot! This is a very old scrap. It was meant to be used to make a doll or full-bodied ornament with spun cotton, felt or spun glass. That's why her slippers are included. For a sample of another ornament in the same style please see our Vintage Witch and Spun Glass Ornament.
These vintage scraps are embossed to accent the images. This piece is well trimmed with expert die cutting - so well done, that very little trimming is necessary. Sleeping Beauty measures a bit over 2-3/4 inches high by 1-3/8 inch wide. The bottom of her dress measures a bit over 1-3/4 inch wide by 7/8 inch high.

These wonderful old Santas are about 9/16 inch in diameter. The wreath circles that surround each of the faces of Father Christmas are reminiscent of chenille roping. Of course, you can trim closer to Santa's face if you like.

From the mid-20th century, these fantastically illustrated scraps feature lots of space scenes.
As with many of the scraps and die cuts made in the 20th century, these are children in adult situations. The advent of space exploration in the 1950s and 1960s, led to many products such as these. Rather than intricately die cut motifs, these are nicely expressed vignettes that are die cut into shapes - probably meant for découpage.
The scrap relief sheet is approximately 9 inches by 7 inches, ready for you to clip and use in your artwork. And each sheet is lightly embossed to accent. The shapes make these perfect for accenting boxes, pencil cups or other such items.

We have long been enchanted by scraps and die cuts. In our set of 2 Vintage Krampus Devil scraps each little devil carries his switch for punishment as well as his pitchfork and chain. He is standing in his most comfortable spot - a flaming fire! These early 20th century die cuts are embossed and superbly printed and ready for you to trim. The colors, especially of the fire beneath their hooves is beautifully done.
These are very old and they do show some wear. Each die cut scrap measures just about 3-1/4 inches high and about 1 inch wide.

We have long been enchanted by scraps and die cuts. So, we were absolutely delighted to find this very rare specimen! The Krampus Devil - complete with a basket full of switches - is driving his motorcycle to the next house full of children for Christmas. St Nicholas rides in the side car packed with presents. The colors are amazing - but, even more so is the image!

The stickers and seals from the early to mid-20th century are beyond compare in their elegance, design, color printing and expert die cutting. We're happy to present a package of 5 assorted die cut gummed seals.
The seals vary in size and shape as well as in subject matter. Some are made of foil and embossed, some are flocked, and some are so intricately cut that you'd wonder how it was accomplished!
Each set is different as we've taken these from our personal collections. Some of them are even quite rare. You can use them in your artwork in much the same manner as die cuts or scraps.
Because the adhesive on the back is as vintage as the pieces themselves, we recommend that you moisten them with a sponge or cloth. Or, use archival glue or paste instead of the vintage adhesive.
