It's well past 1984, and many of George Orwell's observations are real today. *Big Brother* has become synonymous with someone watching over us! Of course, you might have a older brother of whom you are quite fond. In either case, these great little snap fronts are vintage and will add to a package wrapping or your artwork. They measure 5/8-inch in diameter and are made of copper and steel. These are the front part of the snap meant for overalls. From a 90+ woman in Ohio, whose husband worked at a local company known for making overalls in the 1950s. there are several references in *1984* to overalls, but we're not sure if the book was the inspiration for these or not (the book was published in 1949).
