J2318 - Watteau Women with
black permanent ink on rough-surfaced white cardstock. [Alternatively,
use any color cardstock and coat with
White Gesso
to add texture and, once the gesso is dry, stamp on it.]

With any paint
brush, swoosh lightly over the stamped image with a bit of
Walnut
Ink.

Layer on plain,
contrasting papers.
