This vintage heavy duty flexible metal jerry can spout is ready for you. We don't know how old this one is, but the Jerry can's history dates to the 1930s. During this time the Germans were making strides towards war. One item that was needed was a modern container that could safely transport liquids under harsh conditions and voilà the Jerry can was born.
It measures 8-1/4 inch long. Where it would have connected to the can, it is approximately 1-3/4 inch in diameter (interior). The hose is about 1/2 inch in diameter and comes with a cap that measures about 7/8 inch at its widest.
There seems to still be a rubber gasket in the connector, though it is hard and probably would need replaced if you are to use this for liquids.
There is a minor bit of patina to the connector cap on the outside, but otherwise looks in good condition.
