We had these wonderfully elaborately detailed gravestone replicas created for us! Although they are great for Hallowe'en, we also love them for their deserted feel. The are made from photographs of authentic gravestones in an almost abandoned cemetery in Colorado.
The shadows and angle of the trompe-d'oeuil photograph make this component absolutely stunning. And the laser cutting is so precise that obelisk appears to be really made of marble, rather than wood! This is a classic gravestone and one of our favorites.
The faux dimension on the grave marker is astounding. Although the piece is flat, it appears as though it might be 3-dimensional - making this super for your artwork..
They are laser cut from 1/8 inch thick Baltic birch and then laser cut. The sides are natural wood color and the back has been painted black.
Each measures 3/4 inch at the widest by 2-1/4 inches high (by 1/8 inch thick).
You might even choose to glue this to a base to have it stand upright.
