This sweet little red dish is made of red clay and then hand painted. These are little souvenirs that are also enjoyed by the traditional families of Mexico. Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera used such artisans' work to decorate many of their walls.
Our little dish measures about 1-1/4 inch in diameter and there is a tiny hole at the top - meant for you to hang it on a wall or to use in an ofrenda or shrine.
We think it would also make a sweet charm for a necklace or bracelet. These are relatively lightweight and work for earrings as well.
Because these are handmade, you will enjoy the variation that is the true mark of authentic craftsmanship!
