They are new old stock from the 1960s - never, ever used. The little reindeer were made in Europe back in the 1960s by a small family owned company. They were created for a 5¢ & 10¢ store.

The little deer measure 1 inch tall when standing (hoof to antler) and 9/16 inch from nose to tail.
