DESCRIPTION

This sturdy but attractive stainless steel crinkle wire is coated with nylon for strength and versatility. You can use this as a base for stringing beads, but you can create some drama by exposing the wire. For that illusion look that is so popular, use beading glue to affix your beads along the crinkle, leaving some of the wire exposed.

The wire, as thin as it's diameter is .018 inch (.46mm), is actually 7 strands of smaller wire twisted together to create a test strength of 20 pounds and coated with protective, abrasion resistant nylon. Perfect for medium to heavy beads, this crinkle wire is strong, flexible and resists kinks. The bright stainless steel works well with lots of designs. It is best finished with crimps - either beads or clasps.

The 15-foot (4.6m) spool features a clear plastic ring, allowing you to keep the wire securely on the spool when you are not using it.
