Oxidized Silver Corpus of Jesus Set with INRI Plaque

A corpus is the body of Christ part of a crucifix, if he were to be attached on a cross. This piece allows you to create your own crucifix of wood, polymer or any other medium you choose.

The front of the component is the same as any crucifix. The back features spikes behind the hands and feet of Jesus - to attach the corpus, or body, to the cross.

Made of oxidized silver, you'll be able to create a modern or vintage look crucifix.

In researching this new corpus, we found that a general rule is for the corpus to be about 1/2 the size of the cross. However, we feel that you should create your art as you see fit, not necessarily following the rules.
