Chase and Sandborn offered this fine booklet as a form of advertising in the late 19th century. Not only was it advertising, but it was a great learning experience for the customer/reader at the same time. This has been lovingly reproduced in the UK in just the same manner that it was printed back in the 1800s!
It is still interesting reading, with eight pages in full color depicting the early American colonial flags all the way through to the first national flag.
