Vintage sewing supplies are not only useful and often much more well made, but the graphics and presentation on them is nearly always superior to comparable present-day products. And this wonderful card of one dozen snap fasteners is no exception.
Each vintage card is full (with 12 snap sets). The card measures 4-1/2 by 3-5/8 inches. The snaps circle an elk printed in vibrant color. The snaps are unsold, never used old-store stock from the 1940s. The card reads:

We have packaged these in cellophane for protection. However, the original card was unpackaged. We are charmed by the manner in which items from the early and mid-20th century were packaged - without protection from shoplifters and vandals. Maybe one day we can hope for this to return.
