This lovely dragonfly has been created with so much care that s/he has survived over 60 years! It hails from the 1950s. An old warehouse find, these dragonflies were stored in their original boxes, so each is in fantastic shape! The body is made of lettuce-colored chenille and features hand wired organdy double wings in a pretty blue. Our dragonfly's googly eyes are glued to the round head with such care that s/he appears to be looking at you. Mostly every one we have comes with the original Made in Japan label. When posed as pictured, s/he measures just about 2-3/4 inches Long. And from wing to wing (these can be spread out as little or as much as you like), the measurement is about 2 inches. Each arrives on a fabric covered green stem that is about 4 inches long.
