These vintage 78 rpm recordings hail from the 1940s & 1950s. These have never been played (by us, anyway):

Record #1
Side A - 389A - The Jones Boy (Sung by the Brigadiers with the Peter Pan Orchestra)
Side B - 389B - Chocolate Train (Narrated by Somer Alberg with the Peter Pan Orchestra & Chorus)
Record #2
Side A - 439A -You are my Sunshine (written by Davis-Mitchell) (Sung by The Rangers with the Peter Pan Orchestra)
Side B - 446A - Green Door (Sung by Jerry Jack with the Peter Pan Orchestra)
Because these are 78s, there is a small hole for the spindle and the dates of the recordings. The original codes are etched along the inner rim.

These PETER PAN RECORDS were manufactured by Synthetic Plastics Co. of Newark, N.J., U.S.A.

We suspect the recordings to be 78rpm because of the small hole for the spindle and the dates of the recordings. Some even have the original codes engraved by hand along the inner rim. The labels are in great shape, too. We originally bought these as décor for a child's room, lining up several in a row to make a special border! We only wish we would have photographed it!

We originally bought these to decorate a child's bedroom wall by framing them. These also make great clocks because the hole is already there for the mechanism. Each record measures 6 inches in diameter. The label is about 2-1/2 inches in diameter.
