Making a statement for ecological responsibility, these truly stunning long barrel beads are designed and created by traditional artisans, using old techniques for newer designs.

Although beads such as these are manufactured, we are happy to report that our beads are vintage FAIR TRADE.

In the cylinder barrel shape, the beads are hand-made by traditional artisans in Brazil from recycled magazines and newspapers, then coated for protection. Please do not immerse to wear or clean; they are made of paper after all.

Because these beads are handmade from recycled materials, please expect each to be a bit different design, making them more yours. The ends remain open, so you'll see that they are not manufactured, but handmade.
