Vintage Hunting Dogs Plastic Intaglio

This exquisite vintage intaglio features two silhouetted dogs, who appear to be on the hunt for something (perhaps hunting for you to take them home). The dogs are side by side with one raising its head as though it is sniffing the air, while the other is steadfastly approaching its target.

This plastic intaglio measures 14 mm (9/16 inch) wide and about 12 mm (almost 1/2 inch) high. As can be seen in the picture, the right and left side are mostly straight, and the upper and lower sides are convex (curved outward). We believe these to hail from the 1930s.
