These sweet little die cuts are quite beautiful.
This set of Jesus scraps were printed by PZB (Paul B. Zoecke) in Germany in the 1930s. Many of the sets that you find on the internet are newer as reproductions (made throughout the 1970s).
They are in near mint vintage condition - still vibrant in their coloring despite having been produced so long ago.
Each set contains 4 wonderfully vivid printed chromolithograph motifs. They are cut with precision and embossed. The sheet features the baby Jesus on hay in a manger in 4 different poses (as shown). You need only to trim them a bit as the die-cutting in the past was expertly done.
Appropriate for Christmas scenes, they are still useful for religious occasions year round.
