Our bright brass rooster pins are a lot of fun. They measure 1 inch wide by 1-1/4 inch wide. There are hand painted accents on the rooster's head, feet and body and some of the roosters even boast a slight bit of accenting on the tail feathers.
You might choose to glue some crystals or rhinestones on his tummy as there are indentations that would hold them nicely.
These pins are from the 1950s and were meant for sale in 5 and 10 cent stores such as Murphy's, Ben Franklin and Woolworths. We love them for embellishment and just for the memories (of the future)!
