Our ruffled vintage crepe paper is a warm chocolate brown, having lost none of its original color, as we found it in its original box! Each roll features a fluted or ruffled edge on either side and measures 1-7/8 inch wide by 30 feet long and features the original label.
The original label indicates that this is flameproof, but please don't count on that. It was probably flame resistant, but because this is so old, most likely from the 1960s or 1970s, it might well have lost that property, too.
The original price tag for 79¢ (Canadian) is still attached.
