Oh, how I loved to make such felt ornaments my Mom. She was
always full of fun and she could make just about everything (the rest, Daddy made). We made things like this for years and years - all
the way up to her 90s!
This Gallery of Stitches Snowmen and Snowflakes
ornament kit (#33610) looks like so much fun. Made by Bucilla, you know
this will be a great kit. It was created in 1996.
The kit makes 6 felt appliqué ornaments. You can make 3 snowmen and 3 snowflakes According to the package, the kit includes:
- Stamped Felt (makes embroidery easier)
- Cotton Embroidery Floss
- Color-Separated Sequins and Beads
- Beads
- Needles
- Easy to Follow instructions
You will probably need scissors and maybe some white glue. The
stuffing is not included, but I have found in the past that you needn't
stuff them unless you want to do so. I kinda like them without
stuffing. You can find reasonably priced stuffing in craft stores and
fabric stores.
This kit is in its original
package - never opened. On the top front, you can see where a price tag
must have been. The rest of the package is in great condition for its
age.
