How wonderful is ice cream on a VERY hot day! We just loved these when we found them! These little wooden ice cream spoons wrapped in waxy paper just as though they were new! They hail from the 1950s or 1960s and will make any baby boomer ice cream fan drool!
The waxed paper has been imprinted on both sides in red. On the solid side, it reads:
THIS IS A SANITARY SPOON. WE HAVE HAD IT ESPECIALLY WRAPPED FOR YOUR HEALTH PROTECTION
On the back, along the glued closure, it reads (in a continuous line):
SINGLE-PAK-REG.U.S.PAT.OFF.-MULHOLLAND CO. MILFORD, DELAWARE
