For your rustic projects, this slice of wood is just perfect! Add a few mini pine cones and a vintage holiday scrap picture and you'll have a treasure to behold.
You can make this little plaque hangable by adding a screw eye to the top, or by carving or drilling a hole in the back. But, our favorite way to hang it is to staple a piece of leather or felt on the back to create a hanging loop. We saw this technique used on some older ornaments and just love the look!
Each slice is similar to the illustration, but because these are cut from natural wood branches, of course each will differ slightly in the size and the look. We just love the bark around the plaque. The average size is about 5-3/4 inches by 2-1/4 inches by 1/4 inch thick. So please allow for some variation.
