The medal image is of the Miraculous Medal without the prayer that usually surrounds Mary. She, then, is also known as Our Lady of Grace. It is reversible - the same image on both sides.

The rosary measures 2 inches high, including the medal in the cross at the top and the hanging loop. It is a bit over 1 inch wide.

HOW TO PRAY A SIMPLE ROSARY WITH A FINGER ROSARY RING
Place your finger in the center opening. Put your thumb on the cross at the top. Then recite recite the Our Father. Then move you thumb on to the first small sphere. Recite as many Hail Mary's as you choose. There are 10 bead-like spheres, so it will help you count your prayers.

TO PRAY THE FULL ROSARY WITH A FINGER ROSARY RING
Place your finger in the center opening.Put your thumb on the cross at the top. Recite the Apostles' Creed and an Our Father, beginning with the cross on the top. Move to the left side of the cross, then the top and then the right side as you recite 3 Hail Mary's. And then to the center again for another Our Father. each move around the unending circle is 1 decade (Hail Mary's) and the cross at the top is the Our Father. Continue with 4 more decades to complete you rosary.
