This old bulldog is from way back in the late 1930s! He's held a door open for years and years and then retired to a bookshelf.

He's run around a lot in his day - and so he shows a touch of wear here and there. But, what a fun companion for you.

Because he has worked as a doorstop, he has an iron weight in his center. And, he's made of wood pulp. And his eyes are glass.

This old boy was made by the now defunct Syroco Company (Syracuse Ornamental Company), from Syracuse, New York.
