DESCRIPTION

This sweet card was purchased in Paris in 1969. We have been told that it was vintage even at that time.

Printed in France, it is accented in golden metallic ink, which appears to have been added by hand, but we cannot be sure of that.

May have originally been created for mailing, but we don't suggest it. As you can see from the back, the card was taped (removed) to a scrapbook or framed. And the front shows wear as well.

Translation

Anne

Originally a Hebrew name.

Means "graceful".
