The address is pre-zip code - so that makes it older than 1962/1963. It is made of a sturdy fringed foil, making it easy to wrap around your project.

The package is not perfect, but we do think that the entire piece is inside. The packaging seems have been made for either size (1-1/2 inch or 2 inches). This package appears to be 1-1/2 inch. So, the package indicates that there are 2-1/2 yards in side.

Although the package indicates that you can use this festooning with candles, do not use near flames, tree lights and such. We are not sure of the flammability.
