You've found a wonderful vintage, handmade, mixed media folk art doll - one-of-a-kind vintage and ever so special.Handmade Mixed Media Folk Art doll from regional Western Pennsylvania in its almost primitive style.

Magical and whimsical, the doll is quite a unique design. Hand-fashioned - sewn, assembled, knotted, stuffed and painted. The beautifully expressive face was hand-painted in detail with a soft pointed cap.

The body is meticulously crafted from a neutral elegant, damask/brocade patterned fabric with gathered arms and a soft-sculpted silhouette. Just look at the cascading tinsel hair of brilliant golden and midnight blue metallic strands.

The front is detailed with unique accent pieces, including a large gold-tone medallion button and coiled wire charms - adding a touch of vintage magic .

Ready to display - there's a satin ribbon attached self-hanger makes it perfect for adorning a wall, door, or nook, or cranny.

It's in excellent, pre-owned artisan condition. Beautifully preserved with all fibers, tinsel and charms intact. She reminds us silently: you'll always remember me.
