surrounds a finely detailed, raised image of St Christopher carrying the Child Jesus upon his shoulders.

Originally given out during the 1960s by Rev. G J Carcich, this medal was destined for someone with the initials JP. Rev Carcich was later found guilty and sentenced for stealing over $2 million. He then moved to and successfully led multiple parishes in North Carolina until his retirement.
