An authentic vintage boxed set of 22 bookplates produced by the Antioch Bookplate Company of Yellow Springs, Ohio (circa 1940s–1950s).
The design features an illuminated Arts & Crafts style border of winding grapevines, turquoise-blue fruit clusters, an antique oil lamp of knowledge at the base, and an ornate initial letter "I".

Condition: Excellent vintage condition. The 22 interior plates are clean, crisp, and unused. The plate affixed to the outer box lid shows light, natural patina/toning around the edges consistent with age.
Backing / Application: Traditional non-gummed / plain wove paper (original ungummed production). Ready for application using your preferred archival glue stick, bookbinding paste, or double-sided tape.
