Santisima Muerte (aka Saint Death, Santa Muerte) is a non-canonized saint, although highly revered throughout the Americas. She is seen as a protector and brings luck in love and life.

Santa Muerte might be recognized as a female form of the Grim Reaper, and is sometimes idealized in an unforgiving manner. However, we like the positive reminder that death awaits us all and that we should celebrate productive and well meaning lives.
