S/he looks like s/he's ready to waddle right into your heart. This faux pearl component is flat backed and easily glued. The base is made of metal and hand painted, although some of the paint is wearing thing.
This was originally a novelty pin or pendant made for sale in 5 and 10 cent stores in the 1960s. It is unused stock but the finding for the pin or pendant is long gone.
It measures 1-5/8 inch high by 3/4 inch wide.
