A breathtaking image of the Virgin Mary with baby Jesus adorns the front of this pendant. Around the top of the front side it reads:

An image of the Shrine to the Virgin Mary in Schoenstatt (a small locality which is part of the town of Vallendar near Koblenz in Germany) appears on the reverse. Interspersed among this image are the words:
