From the mid-1980s, this stylish and avant garde brooch wears nicely on a blazer, suit jacket, or coat lapel. It was originally designed for display on a heavy sweater, so you may see that it is more modern as modern was in the 1980s. 

The design is original and the pin is one-of-a-kind. Never worn.

We are not sure of the composition of the brooch. Silver and pearl-style accents are hand place and all components are original, as is the line drawing.
