Our Lady of the Snows Medal

An exquisite image of Our Lady of Snows with baby Jesus is on the front of the medal.

Pope Liberius and a Roman patrician had an identical dream one night of the Virgin Mary. This was in the 300s AD. She, who became Our Lady of the Snows, ordered that they should build a church where the snow would fall in the middle of summer.
