A strikingly beautiful Miraculous Medal in a verdigris patina, making it appear to be ancient (alas, it is new).

Around the raised image of the Virgin Mary are the words Regina Sine Labe Originali Concepta (Queen conceived without original sin) O.P.N. (Ora Pro Nobis, Pray for Us).

On the reverse the letter M (for Mary) is intertwined the Cross of Christ with the Immaculate and Sacred Hearts below. Surrounding these are 12 stars.
